Head Coach – Ben Ralston
Coach Ralston grew up playing Lacrosse in Colorado where he earned multiple honors as an All-Colorado Goalie in 2000 and 2001. He spent his collegiate career playing for Davidson College from 2003 to 2005. While a member of the Wildcats lacrosse team, Coach Ralston earned an All-Conference first team selection, was voted to the SELC All-Tournament Team and earned All-American Honorable Mention awards, all in 2005.
After graduation, Coach Ralston returned to Colorado as the assistant coach of the Cheyenne Mountain High School Varsity Lacrosse team in 2006. He returned to Davidson in 2009 as an associate coach and was named the head coach before the 2013-2014 season. In addition to coaching the lacrosse team, Coach Ralston works in the Development Office at Davidson College.
Associate Coach – Fuji Lozada
Originally from Roslyn, Long Island, Coach Lozada played lacrosse throughout high school and had a successful career as a Defensive Midfielder for the Harvard Crimson in the 80’s. After time away from the sport to complete his PhD, he returned to referee both high school and college games in Indiana. In 2003, Coach Lozada moved to Davidson to coach the men’s program.
In addition to coaching the lacrosse team, Coach Lozada is a professor of Anthropology at Davidson College and is the President of the Society for East Asian Anthropology.
A junior from Amherst, MA, Carley is studying psychology with a minor in hispanic studies at Davidson. She is involved with a number of other organizations around campus including roles as the president of Colleges Against Cancer, silent auction chair for the Connor House Bosom Buddies event, a campus tour guide and a new student mentor. Before Davidson, Carley attended Deerfield Academy and played lacrosse.
