Canter Earns First Team All-Conference

#14 Nolan CanterDavidson, NC – For the third straight year, the SELC has selected Davidson midfielder and team captain Nolan Canter to the all-conference team. Canter earned a place on the 2013 first team by leading the Wildcats in Goals, Assists, Points and Ground Balls. The Junior out of Easton, Maryland has lead Davidson in scoring for three years running.

Canter’s 3.5 Goals per game and 2.3 Assists per game were third highest in the conference in each respective category. His 5.8 points per game ranks him second in the SELC behind Palm Beach Atlantic’s Dominic Scalzo.

Davidson finished a difficult season in fifth place in their division having suffered multiple one-goal defeats. However, the Wildcats look to return strong for the 2014 season having graduated only one senior and returning 9 out of 10 starters and all three captains.
